Property Accountant Hawthorne Residential Partners is seeking a full time Property Accountant to join its Greensboro corporate office team. Ideal candidate will possess 4 year degree in accounting or finance plus minimum 5 years progressive accounting experience. Proficiency with Excel required. Previous experience in property management, real estate &/or audit a plus. This position handles all accounting functions for a portfolio of 10-12 properties including: A/P, cash management, A/R review, detail G/L review, monthly financial statement preparation; monthly reconciliations of all balance sheet accounts; bank reconciliations; lender escrow management; special reporting, and annual audit report & schedule preparation.
